Gerson Lehrman Group, a leading expert network, was looking to build a new premium member community to complement its subscription product. Using a design thinking approach, my team created a new brand architecture and accompanying brand guide and touch points to champion and differentiate knowledge sharing across the entire portfolio of brands. As content lead, I brought to life the brand strategy and brand guide, in addition to participating directly in the qualitative research and client relationship.
